"Baika-tei" in Yanagibashi, Tokyo

My great-grandfather founded the company after the war in this area where traditions and culture from the Edo period still thrive.

I have been working hard on making Japanese sweets.

Founded in 1850, we have been craftsmen of confectioneries for many years, cherishing the techniques and spirit that have been passed down from generation to generation.

The representative sweets "Kofuku Mochi," "Mikasayama," and "Sanshoku Ume Monaka" are proud masterpieces filled with the passion of the craftsmen.

We hope that our Japanese sweets will bring peace and comfort to everyone.

We hope to receive your continued patronage in the future.
